With this new feature:

- You are not required to repeat yourself multiple times, wasting your valuable time because messages are less likely to be missed now.
- Reduce miscommunications among teams.
- Your subordinates and peers can track records of chats easily.
- Everyone gets the idea, outcome, or status of what they are doing, handling so far individually or separately.
Also, note that this community option doesn’t have a chat option, making it so that only the admin can send the message and one subgroup is unable to read or see other sub-group messages.
How to make a community?
For that, you have to click the community tab at the top of your chats. Then, hit the button and start making communities by using existing groups or forming new groups and adding individual contacts as you wish.
